Shipping policy

We are a small family run business.  We our number one goal is all of our customers have a positive experience when purchasing from our store.  We ship items within 2 business days of receiving payment.  Orders are shipped with a tracking number and delivery confirmation.  Trading cards will be shipped via metered mail for tracking.  Once we drop a package off with the shipping carrier, we no longer have any control over what happens with the package.  If tracking shows an item has been delivered, please contact the local post office for information on the delivery.  If a package arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and contents.  Please send the photos and a brief description to support@whowantsthisinc.com.  Orders are shipped with insurance and photos will be necessary for us to file a claim.
